Remaining Scope

Phase III will finish the remaining scope of the prospectus level R&A project for the JJ Pickle Building.  In this phase we will be: 1) replacing all exterior windows from floors one through nine except for the windows in the historic sections of the 9^th floor and the storefront areas of the 1^st floor, 2) replacing the motors on the HVAC fans located in the penthouse, and 3) modifying the handrails in the two stairwells to comply with current ADA standards.
