Our Construction Program and Project Management Services has provided services on more than $5.0 billion in construction value over the past 10 years.   Acting as either the lead firm, a consultant or as part of a project team, delivery methods have included traditional procurements, design/build, multiple primes and construction manager, as well as a variety of other unique arrangements to provide new construction, renovation, restoration and interior upgrades.

AFG also maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of current and future Facilities Management practices by recommending, developing and implementing policies, procedures and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems tailored to specific client requirements.  AFG audits our clients management, operations and maintenance (O&M) activities and evaluates organizational structures, practices, staffing and training processes. Tailoring services to facility needs, we perform analysis that defines our A/E design, construction management, and renovation activities.  With experience in the latest technologies, AFG’s approach is customized to each client’s requirements from using standard client forms to using hand held computers with wireless to support a client’s full gamut of needs from facility inception to full operation.
