Valley Health Occupational Diagnostic Center PM and CM Services

AFG provided a full range of project and construction management services for the planning, design, and construction of a new Occupational Diagnostic Center, which is part of the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Virginia. This new 65,000 SF facility made it possible to offer expanded outpatient testing, such as x-ray fluoroscopy, ultrasound, digital mammography, EKG, and MRI among many other services.

AFG provided site planning; design management; liaison with the designers, and tenants; as well as budgeting, constructability and code compliance reviews, value engineering, preparation of cost estimates, bid document preparation, and permit expediting. During construction, AFG provided construction management services, such as construction surveillance, construction inspection, scheduling, project administration, final punch list preparation, oversight of equipment installation, and project closeout.
