A complete interior renovation of the Offices of the New York City Department of Finance, located at 345 Adams Street. The project scope included two floors, totaling approximately 12,000SF.
AFG provided site investigation, site analysis, constructability reviews, supervision, testing, asbestos/lead abatement identification, coordination and documentation, and monitoring, and contract administration; and reporting of all trade work. AFG also performed cost estimating and scheduling, along with on-going value engineering.
All renovation occurred while the facility was occupied as 345 Adams Street is home to numerous city, state and federal agencies, such as the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services and the Federal Probation office. AFG consistently coordinated with all tenant agencies to keep the project progressing forward without tenant disruption.
