AFG is providing Construction Management services for GSA Region 8 in the design-build project within the Mike Mansfield Federal Building and Courthouse in Butte, MT.
The Mansfield Federal Building and Courthouse was originally constructed in 1903, and registered in the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The building was originally constructed to serve as a courthouse and post office, and currently houses the US District Court.
The project is focusing on the Probation Office within the Federal Building, including Interior Tenant Finishes, HVAC, environmental abatement and general construction of the 1,500 SF office space.
