AFG was awarded a new contract to continue providing Project Management Support Services to GSA Region 11’s Office of Design and Construction/Lease Projects Division. This award builds on a five-year partnership and previous contract win providing identical services and extends AFG’s on-site presence at GSA’s national headquarters at 1800 F Street NW in Washington, DC.
Through this contract, AFG provides senior-level project managers and cost estimators who work directly alongside GSA teams. Our professionals support the full project lifecycle, assisting with everything from early planning and leasing support to design review, construction oversight, procurement tracking, cost estimating, and project closeout.
Projects span a variety of scopes, including office renovations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and new space buildouts. AFG staff provide day-to-day coordination, prepare government cost estimates, conduct site inspections, support lease negotiations, and manage essential documentation using GSA platforms.
This continued partnership reflects AFG’s deep experience in federal program support and our commitment to delivering flexible, responsive staffing that helps GSA meet its mission and maintain momentum across an evolving portfolio of work.
