GSA Byrne Courthouse Ceremonial and Linkway Roof Replacement Project

AFG is providing construction management and inspection services at the James A. Byrne US Courthouse in Philadelphia, PA during the Ceremonial and Linkway Roof Replacement Projects.
The Byrne courthouse, originally completed in 1975, had been showing signs of deterioration in the roof. An infrared study in 2014 showed multiple areas of wet installation where the roof above the Ceremonial courtroom and the Linkway. This project will include roofing replacement in both areas, with AFG assisting with inspections, reviews, sustainability services, stakeholder coordination, and cost management.
