Wendy J. Liebl, CCIM Joins AFG Group, Inc. as Program Director

Liebl, CCIM as Federal Leasing Program Director. Ms. Liebl will oversee AFG’s federal real estate lease management division.

Liebl, CCIM as Federal Leasing Program Director. Ms. Liebl will oversee AFG’s federal real estate lease management division.
Ms. Liebl is known widely for her successful record of accomplishments in the federal and commercial real estate arena, contracting for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and business growth for both the private and public sectors.
Ms. Liebl’s federal and private sector career has garnered her a comprehensive understanding of government and corporate contracting, cultures and how they correlate. She has established, translated and implemented major national real estate program goals and priorities for several federal agencies.
While with GSA, she led the development and implementation of national real estate policy and programs. Ms. Liebl also led cross-functional teams in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) first Headquarters consolidation in Washington DC at the Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC) and the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) first screening operations at approximately 450 airports nationwide. For the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), she established and implemented national real estate programs. Both programs required significant stakeholder engagement and education, staffing, training and the establishment of policies and metrics.
Ms. Liebl holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from American University in Washington DC, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
