Paul has been instrumental in leading AFG’s growth nationally within the federal sector. He has more than 30 years of program, project and construction management (PM/CM) experience, including work on federal offices, educational and courthouse facilities, military installations and numerous other facilities on an international basis.
Prior to this promotion, he served as an AFG Vice President leading AFG’s regional operations for providing Federal Program/ Construction Management services since May 2015. During this time, he was responsible for several of AFG’s largest contracts awards and received several CMAA Project of the Year Awards. Paul is a registered Professional Engineer and a retired U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Commander. In his new position and in addition to his regional operational responsibilities, Paul will be now be responsible for business, financial and professional services in his area as well as on a nation-wide basis.
