Bersing, DM, PE, CCM as Director of Program Advisory Services. Dr. Bersing will oversee AFG’s advisory services for construction management, project controls, claims management, technical schedule reviews, project information systems, data visualization, and project management tool sets.
A well-regarded industry leader in providing program management and dispute resolution support, Dr. Bersing has lent his expertise to over $4 Billion of construction programs. His portfolio includes clients such as the State Department, Federal Transportation Authority, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the World Trade Center’s Resiliency Programs.
Dr. Bersing holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in Management Information Systems, and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Economics. He is currently serving as the Communications and Scholarship Chair for the Society of American Military Engineers’ (SAME) Blue Ridge Post, is the former Vice President of the SAME Naples Post, and former President of the American Society for Civil Engineers’ Italy Section. Dr. Bersing is also an Advisory Board Member with the United Nations International Resilience Center.
