AFG Welcomes Theresa Balintfy Lee, PHR, as Corporate Human Relations Administrator
Nov 30, 2015 – Herndon, VA – Ms. Theresa Balintfy Lee, PHR officially joined AFG’s Corporate Staff on November 23, 2015. Theresa has over 10 years of experience in providing full service HR functions from creating employee handbooks, to developing standardized polices for multi-office locations, and administrating COBRA, HSA/FSA, HIPAA, ACA and Section 125 Benefit Plans. Additionally, she is well versed in applying benefit awareness strategies that use social media, administering payroll services, and has served as an office manager.

Ms. Lee will administer the AFG Student Mentor Program. Over the years, AFG has supported and mentored students from Marquette, SUNY, University of South Carolina, and Catholic University. For the upcoming year, AFG has already targeted promising students from University of Texas Austin and possibly others. Theresa will coordinate this effort as it becomes more of a main-stay program within AFG.
