AFG Welcomes Long-Time GSA PM Expert, Tony Lopacki
AFG is pleased to announce that Tony Lopacki, MBA, PMP, CCM has joined the team as Deputy Program Director. Tony brings with him over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, and renovation industries, including a long-standing tenure as a Project Manager with the General Services Administration (GSA).
Throughout his career, Tony has worked on several high-profile projects, including the $1B Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) headquarters and the $3B Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Consolidated Project. His expertise in project management, scheduling, and estimating has been instrumental in completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
In his new role, he will oversee a portfolio of GSA and National Park Service (NPS) projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region, further develop AFG’s robust project quality assurance program, and provide mentorship guidance for AFG’s emerging leaders.
Tony holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Toledo. In addition, Tony holds several professional certifications, including Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and FAC – P/PM Senior Expert Level III. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and he has served as the Past President of ASCE.
