AFG strengthens its leadership team with the strategic hire of VP and Federal BD Director, Lisa Carducci.
Herndon, VA, August 29, 2022 | AFG Group, Inc. (AFG) strengthens its leadership team with the strategic hire of Vice President and Federal Business Development Director, Lisa Carducci. She will be directly responsible for managing the nationwide growth of AFG’s Federal portfolio and supporting initiatives within the DOD Division.
Ms. Carducci brings 25 years of experience in client service management and business development for public and private sector clients. She has managed teams at both large and midsize organizations to strategically position and drive strategic sales opportunities for sales and revenue growth. Ms. Carducci’s efforts have resulted in successfully leveraging into new territories, as well as regaining market position.
Her experience includes full lifecycle services, integrating buildings and infrastructure, planning,
programming, architecture, engineering, program management, construction management, asset
management, commissioning, operations & maintenance, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting solutions.
Ms. Carducci is a United States Air Force Veteran and is passionate about providing solutions to meet
each client’s unique mission-critical needs, reducing risk, and improving institutional outcomes that provide a high return on investment.
