AFG Supporting GSA on the Raleigh U.S. Courthouse Capital Security Project

AFG has been awarded a contract to work alongside the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide Construction Management Services in the Terry Sanford Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse as part of the Capital Security Project.

This project involves renovations and security upgrades for the 45,000 square foot building in three phases, to include new construction in the exterior to improve access to the building, increase security measures, and expand and renovate the space within the current warehouse to create 15,000 addition square feet of space for the Military Entrance Processing Station, judges parking, and elevators.

The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, with an anticipated timeframe of construction beginning in September 2019.
