AFG Group Awarded 5-Year Construction Management BPA by GSA Region 4
Dec 1, 2014 – Herndon, VA – AFG Group, Inc., a leading woman-owned construction management (CM) firm, was recently awarded a 5-year CM Blanket Purchase Agreement by GSA’s Southeast Sunbelt Region to support the Public Building Services’ capital and non-capital construction and renovation programs.
Dec 1, 2014 – Herndon, VA – AFG Group, Inc., a leading woman-owned construction management (CM) firm, was recently awarded a 5-year CM Blanket Purchase Agreement by GSA’s Southeast Sunbelt Region to support the Public Building Services’ capital and non-capital construction and renovation programs.
Construction management task orders are expected to involve new construction, building modernization, repair and alterations, historic property renovations, and energy improvements projects with a potential value of up to $3.75M in CM fees over the life of the contract. Services will cover Federal office buildings, Federal courthouses, border stations, and laboratories across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Paul Szmurlo, AFG’s Director of Federal Program/Construction Management Services will serve as AFG’s Contract Executive. For almost 20 years, AFG Group has provided construction management services for GSA Regions 1, 2, 3, and the National Capital Region. The firm recently received several Project of the Year Awards from CMAA recognizing their outstanding construction management services.
