AFG Group Announces the Promotion of Theresa Balintfy Lee, SHRM-CP, PHR to Director of Human Resources
As HR Director, Theresa will now also lead the Nationwide expansion of AFG’s HR goals, policies, and strategies.
AFG Group, Inc., a leading construction, program, and relocation management services firm announces that Theresa Balintfy Lee, SHRM-CP, PHR has been promoted to Director of Human Resources.
Since joining AFG as an HR Administrator in November 2015, Theresa organized and streamlined payroll, benefits, compliance, hiring, employee engagement, and annual evaluations, directly contributing to AFG’s growth. In addition, her performance and leadership have had a direct impact on AFG’s growth into 35 states and being selected as a Fastest-Growing Company by Inc. Magazine two years in a row.
Theresa has advanced through progressively more responsible positions, recently serving as HR Manager since July 2019. As HR Director, Theresa will now also lead the Nationwide expansion of AFG’s HR goals, policies, and strategies as well as new efforts in training, and talent acquisition.
Theresa has 18 years of experience in the federal and commercial markets. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources with the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and a certified professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
