AFG Awarded GSA Move Management BPA

AFG is proud to announce the firm has been selected for a five-year, multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service, supporting the National Capital Region (NCR) and Region 3.

This BPA serves as a primary contract vehicle for providing comprehensive move management and relocation services to federal agencies across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

AFG has a long history of delivering relocation management as both a prime contractor and as a trusted partner on task orders for complex federal projects- including secure, historic, and mission-critical facilities. This award further strengthens our commitment to GSA and its client agencies, supported by AFG Vice President Kai Goodrich and dedicated Relocation Manager Ann DiMiero, who bring several decades combined of dedicated experience in leading large-scale federal construction, renovation, and relocation projects.

Services under this contract include:

  • Move Management & Coordination: End-to-end planning, stakeholder communication, and logistical oversight to ensure seamless relocations and minimal operational disruption.
  • Packing, Transportation, and Installation: Asset labeling, professional packing, secure transport, and the careful disassembly and reassembly of furniture, equipment, and sensitive assets.
  • Specialty Moves: Expertise in relocating IT systems, laboratory equipment, fine arts, heritage items, and classified materials with full compliance to federal standards.
  • Post-Move Support: Comprehensive post-move cleanup, recycling, and support to ensure spaces are fully operational for federal missions.
