AFG Awarded GSA Leasing Cost Estimating Contract in Fort Worth, TX

Apr 8, 2019 – AFG has recently been awarded the contract to provide Cost Estimating Services for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and the Leasing Services Support Branch at the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building in Fort Worth, Texas. AFG is providing on-going project estimating services, as well as reviewing proposals and participating in negotiations on behalf of GSA on federal projects ranging from small to over $15 million in construction value. Project completion is anticipated for 2023.
Under the guidance of AFG’s Project Director Dean Rowell, Senior Cost Estimator Anthony Jenkins is working on-site at the Lanham Building with the support of AFG’s Cost Estimating Team. Jenkins is a Project Manager and engineer with nearly 40 years of experience in the field, 30 of which include Project Management and Estimating for large Federal Government clients such as DHS, CBP, TSA, and ICE.
