AFG provided a full range of project and construction management services for Valley Health Systems for the planning, design, and construction of their 56,000 SF Wellness & Fitness Center, located in Winchester, Virginia. This center. It is a comprehensive, medically integrated environment focused on the total well-being, ranging from health maintenance to sports performance training and rehabilitation. This project included two swimming pools; a 16,000 SF cardiovascular and strength training rooms; locker rooms; steam, sauna and massage therapy rooms; an indoor running track; meeting facilities; and a childcare area.

A summary of the scope of services provided by AFG includes design management; liaison with the designers, specialty vendors, and owners; as well as budgeting, constructability reviews, value engineering, preparation of cost estimates, and bid document preparation.
