Program
management services for the new $250 million, 563,000sf Biomedical
Research Center (BRC). The center will be home to the research programs of
the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and National Institute on
Aging (NIA). Developed by Johns Hopkins, the BRC is under lease to NIH to
provide new laboratories, clinical spaces and offices for over 1,000
researchers and support staff and 200 parking spaces. The building will
have a 30,000 square foot library; 300-person conference facility; and a
100-seat cafeteria located in 2 towers of 8 and 10 stories respectfully.
