Program
/ construction management services for the conversion of a single story
warehouse into a new Laboratory and Research Center containing DNA
research space, medical records storage, pathology wet laboratories,
administrative offices, and a museum. The total facility was
approximately 320,000sf. CM services included: coordination and
observation of core samples testing of existing building concrete to
verify adequate strength for the bearing loads acting on the foundation
to determine the suitability of the space for proper expansion and
upgrade.
