	The project scope included: facilities conditions & needs assessment, assisted with the development of project scope, estimating, scheduling, formulating contract documents, pre bid meetings, assisted with bid analysis, recommended award, site supervision, close out & follow-up. Projects included office renovations, replacing a cabinet unit, security window, ceiling tile and lighting replacement, and the upgrading of a 1954 warehouse. Worked with the client to determine the scope of work, budget and schedule.
