Design/Build
services for the Underground Storage Tanks (UST) projects at more than 50
sites for various New York City agencies. This comprehensive underground fuel
storage tank program brought the city’s tanks into compliance with all
state, local and federal regulations. Scope of work included: survey and
testing of all tanks; design of tank repairs, upgrades and replacements;
preparation of construction documents; assembling and procurement of bid
packages and the execution and management of the necessary contracts.
