Construction
management services for the upgrade and rehabilitation project at Whitman
/ Ingersoll Housing complex, which will be broken up into 4 phases. Phase
1 will be the replacement of 61 low-rise elevators. Phase 2 will be the
reconditioning and upgrades of the 1,977 low-rise apartments. The project
includes upgrade kitchens and bathrooms, new floors in common areas and
the replacement of all stairs. Phase 3 will be the replacement of the 32
high-rise elevators. Phase 4 will be the reconditioning and upgrades of
the 1,582 high-rise apartments.
