In
1990, the General Services Administration (GSA) awarded AFG its first
major construction management contracts for project management, planning,
cost estimating and cost management, scheduling, and construction
inspection services.
Since these beginnings, numerous contracts for
program/project/construction management and project control services have
been awarded to AFG by the GSA. Most recently AFG was awarded a contract
to provide CM Services to GSA/NCR for the DC Courts Program.
