Construction
management services, for the pre-construction, construction and post
construction phases of this facility. The construction involves new construction
which is integrated with the existing facility. The project is made up of
Housing and Dormitory Units to accommodate 820 inmates, Inmate Receiving
and Processing Area, Visitor Area, Kitchen Area to service the entire
facility (new and existing), Administration Area, Central Storage,
Educational Office, Central Control Room, Site Utilities, and Security
Systems (inside and outside).
