Construction
management services for the new $260M courthouse. The project consisted
of a new U.S. Federal Courthouse Building with a harbor park on a
waterfront site of 4 _ acres at Fan Pier in South Boston, MA. The
building is approximately 765,000sf, ten stories in height, with one
level basement parking garage, within a 2-acre footprint. It includes 27
courtrooms, offices, cafeteria/café, court library, and prisoner
circulation/detention system.
