Originally established
in 1990, today, AFG Group, Inc. (AFG) has offices in Washington
DC and New York City, and offers a full range of
services, including; program management, cost management, construction
management, relocation planning, move management, furniture acquisition and
installation, and engineering services to clients worldwide.
Since its inception,
AFG has been awarded numerous contracts for construction procurement,
program management, project administration, and cost management and
relocation services by federal, state and local agencies.
Public clients include
the General Services Administration (GSA); the U.S. Postal Service; the
U.S. Navy and Army; several New York City Agencies; New York State
Agencies; New Jersey State Agencies; and numerous municipalities throughout
New England.
Private clients include
Citibank, IBM, Marriott, several major universities, as well as numerous
architects and developers
AFG provides program
management, facility support and construction management, including
inspection, cost control, procurement policy, and management services for
global clients.
Projects have included
industrial facilities, water/sewer treatment plants, training centers,
prisons and detention facilities, schools, universities, computer
complexes, office buildings, and waterfront facilities.
